According to the article, this anonymous source does say that Apple would not be done manufacturing the AirPods Studio till the 20th of October. That pushes us into a dilemma. Apple has an event, probably, lined up for November as well. Would they skip this month’s event to make room in the next one for its audio products? These would include the new HomePod and the AirPods Studio. Currently, we are pretty sure that the company would be announcing its new lineup of iPhones and probably the AirTags this time around. Perhaps they may include these in this month’s lineup and leave room for a late November launch. That may be the case as well but as of now, we can know that AirPods Studio are still, at least, a month away from being in consumers’ hands.
